The Courtyard Completed in 1998, this small development consists of five attractive bungalows designed specifically for the elderly. Situated adjacent to the Nursing Home, residents of these houses can enjoy the benefit of independent living with the peace of mind that services from the Nursing Home are available to them.

Emergency Call Systems and Fire Detection Systems are linked directly to the Nursing Home and residents can acquire a range of services including nursing, domestic help, meals and laundry.

A choice of one and two bedroomed properties are available, each with en-suite bathrooms, fully fitted kitchens, disabled shower rooms and patios. They are spacious and well designed. There is level
access throughout.
